KICKOFF MEETING of the “AGROECO” Project
We are thrilled to announce that the KICKOFF MEETING of the “AGROECO” project, supported by ERASMUS-YOUTH-2022-CB (Capacity Building in the Field of Youth), took place in Helsinki, Finland, from 07–10 February 2024.
The “AGROECO” project is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at empowering rural youth in Finland, Italy, Morocco, and Egypt by equipping them with agroecological entrepreneurship skills through international cooperation.
Key Objectives of the Project:
-To provide non-formal learning opportunities to rural youth, with a focus on young people with fewer opportunities.
-To improve competences and active participation of young people in society.
-To foster cross-regional collaboration by uniting stakeholders and organizations from different parts of the world.
-To share resources, knowledge, and experiences that contribute to societal development in Europe and beyond.
The kickoff meeting brought together dynamic partners from all participating countries to discuss project goals, align strategies, and plan upcoming activities. It marked the beginning of an exciting journey toward cultivating entrepreneurial skills in rural communities while encouraging sustainable and inclusive development.
